Why would an image [logo - png file] not be seen when it is in documents - tried several sizes & it is not showing up as an option to replace images on apps [lSalesforce 14 logo replacement]?

    Cindy,

     

    There is a checkbox "Externally Available Image" in Upload New Document screen. Please make sure checked that checkbox.
