My goal is to use a Formstack Form that has the Contact Object (this is associted with my drop-down selection for 'Individual') and two Account related Objects (this is for my drop-down field 'Anonymous' and 'Organization'), but I receive errors like the following, depending on which drop-down item I select:
"There was an error creating Account 1. Salesforce error: Required fields are missing" [Name] - A RESULT OF TRYING TO USE 'Individual' which is associated with the Contact Object.
"There was an error creating Account 2. Salesforce error: Required fields are missing: [Name]" - A RESULT OF TRYING TO USE 'Organization' which is associated with the Account 1 Object.
"There was an error creating Account 1. Salesforce error: Required fields are missing: [Name]" A RESULT OF TRYING TO USE 'Anonymous' which is associated with the Account 2 Object.
It's probably a pretty specific problem or a very obvious answer for anyone familiar with Formstack and Salesforce, but any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Seems the integration user access needs to be updated
but being a 3rd party app just ask them directly as a vendor
