How can i add splash page on standared Chatter Tab? And add a page ( Something like home page component in home page layout) at top of chatter feed ? And a popup(Custompage popup) at 'File' tab with Chatter ?

@At Pritam : I Could nt implement the same ffor chatter.
@Atul, if we do something like that, do we need to overide the complete chatter settings? right? Or can we include in std chatter tab?
