Is there anyway to mass import Pricebook records into Professional Edition?

I'm implementing Products and Pricebooks for a client with Professional Edition and I'm trying to save him some money and me a lot of time. Is there any mass data loader products that will do this with Professional Edition? Or is it possible to get the API activated fro Professional as an option? Thanks, Roger

Your best bet when using Professional Edition is dataloader.io (http://dataloader.io/)

It works with all editions and there are videos (http://dataloader.io/documentation) to get you started
