Opportunity Custom Field Formula Help

I have an opportunity field that is a picklist where the user can select what region the opportunity will be conducting business in.  Based upon that selection, I want a Average Fee field to populate with the corresponding value assigned to that region.

 

For example, IF the user selects the "Southeast" as the region, THEN the Average Fee field would populate with the average fee for that region. 

 

Not sure how to do this at all.

    Thanks!!  Worked like a charm!!

    If I was going to use the same formula, but to return a percentage, can I just use .25 instead of 250 for Northeast?
