Why won't my sales reports export to excel so it can be viewed, saved and printed off?  First problem started July 11, 2016.

Hi Barb,

Here is a link to a current Known Issue affecting excel exports from Salesforce. The article includes a handful of workarounds which you may be able to leverage in order to access your exported informaiton.

This "known issue" says that it was fixed with the Summer 16 release (patch 16).  However it's not working for me; I'm using Office 2016 (aka 365?).  The EXPORT works, but not "PRINTABLE VIEW" which I prefer for its better appearances
