I want to disable users from accessing Queues they arent part off: for example I have 3 queues A,B,and C. I dont want members from these queues to be able to see other queues. i.e. A shouldnt see B, B shouldnt see C etc. I am having a complete brain fart.

You can go into the queue settings and set which Users should have access to the queue.

    1. Click Setup > Manage Users > Queues

    2. Click:

      1. Edit to make changes to the queue

      2. Delete to remove the queue

      3. View All Users to view the queue's members plus any users who have the same access as queue members because they're higher in your organization's role hierarchy. Users that gain access to data due to their position in hierarchies do so based on a setting in your organization-wide defaults.
