I am trying to understand why when I "log a call" why that doesn't populate under the "account history" for the entire account.....I only see it in the history under that particular contact.

    When you create your "log a call", either from Account page or Contact page, do you see the fields to the far right  "related to" and "name"?  So wherever you have logged your call, and filled in those areas that call can be connected back to an Account or a Contact person.   It sorta works like contact roles.  It's not automatic, but once you connect the dots, you should see it    Am I missing something?   Good Luck, Pat
