
I have a quick question we are going live with SFDC next week. Users are asking about email from within a record either lead or Oppty. For example if they send an email from an Oppty they want to receive the response back within that particular oppty record. I dont know if this has to do with SFDC and Outlook or not also email 2 case i dont think is an option here and neither it is activated in my org yet. Can anyone please tell me how can I get this to be configured where users can intereact send and receive email within an oppty or lead record??

To do this automatically you will need a 3rd party app. I have used match my emal which worked great:
