
I verified the Case Team roles, Custom Meta data setting activation states and went through all required steps in the documentation twice and still it throws the same message "Patient conversion failed". Can somebody please tell me what else I would need to verify to fix this? How can I check error log for this coversion process?

Thank you for creating a support case about this issue. I wanted to share the information provided by the support agent here to benefit others in the community with similar issues. The support agent run the logs on the error and it came back with " FIELD_CUSTOM_VALIDATION_EXCEPTION, Please enter a value for Country: [] "
This mean's it is a custom error, but didn't see any standard validation rules in place with the error message "Please enter a value for Country".
The team found that the label is part of the "Cloud Customer 360" package and it appears that package is giving a validation on the Country field for Account or Conctact if that field is null.
Unfortunately, if another package causing an error during the Patient Conversion the entire conversion will fail.
As the error is from a package outside of Salesforce, Ithe support agent recommended you follow up with that package's developers:
