Enable "Delegated authentication single sign-on" on SFDC

 We are trying to access our SFDC org from other system.

 

If we adopt the "delegated authentication single sign-on" solution, for our organization, what should we do?

 

Do we need tpo ask SFDC to enable it on our org or we can set it up by ourselves?

    One more question, if we enable the delegated authentication single sign-on, will it have any impacts to current normal users' login?

     

    Also, is there APP that can help on the SSO implementation? Any suggestions?
