Help with an unistallation of Change Control.

I need help understanding why I can't get Change Control uninstalled. I know that there are sometimes things that need to be "un-worked" in order for the uninstall to complete, but I cannot figure out why these Apex Triggers can not be uninstalled. Please help.

    I know that I need to delete them, but there isn’t an option to delete.
