
I'm having an issue where prospects from a particular account are automatically being opted-out when they open an email. In one case, the record shows the prospect opened an email and opted-out in the same second.
This is almost certainly being caused by an email security system or configuraiton. I'm wondering if any of you have encountered this and have found a cause and/or solution?

I'm also having this issue — it seems to be primarily our staff emails being auto unsubscribed. I just opened a ticket. I noticed this started occurring on Thursday, it never happened before that.
