web to lead - limitations

Is there a limit on the number of web forms that can be used to send leads to SFDC?  ex.  I want to have multiple web forms that exist on "N" number of different sites feeding into SFDC.

    I don't know that there is a limit to the number of forms you can generate, but there is a daily limit to the number of web to lead requests that can come in (500).  Any additional lead requests above 500 in a 24 hours period will be queued and sent once your limit refreshes.
