In my own instance Live agent enabled some queues, two weeks ago I realized that the Sneak Peek feature Enabled crashed and that the agents can not visualize what the consumer is typing.

    Hi Consultoria,

     

    I have checked in my org and did not face any issue. If you are still facing an issue, kindly raise a case with the Salesforce support. They would help you.
