An employee of mine recently left, so, his username and password are no longer working for his SalesForce account. However, I need to pull up all of the leads that were in his name and direct them to the appropriate people now that he is gone. Is that possible?

    You can try to mass tranfer your leads.

     

    Setup > Data Management > Mass Transfer Records > Transfer Leads
