Currently we are using Professional edition and want to send email notification to case owner if the case is not closed in 2 hours from the date of creation

Hi Tilak,

Your calculations don't make sense. When you subtract datetimes, then multiply the result by 1440, you get the difference between the dates in minutes. So it will be more than 0.00069 pretty much instantly.

You need to change your formula to check when it is more than 120, i.e. two hours in minutes.
