Can Log Call button be added tp Contact detail?

Can Log Call button be added to Contact detail? After I update the contact information I want to show a log of the converstion. I want the Log Button at the top of the screen next to example  [Feed Back]  [Log A Call]

    Are you trying to move the standard Log a Call button to a different location on the Contact detail page layout?  If you enable Related List Hover Links in the User interface Settings it will add a and Activity History link/tab to the top of the Contact detail page.  If you mouse-over the the link the Log a Call button will bew visible.
