Our customers were not able to open a PDF after a certain amount of time after the email was sent because it had apparently expired. Is there a way to change this setting?

    Hi Ashleigh,

     

    Yes, if the PDF was sent as a Content Delivery, then you have the option of defining an expiration date, or not including an expiration date at all. You can choose these settings from the Create Content Delivery screen.
