We have an org where the Sys Admin, who is also the CEO, cannot see the Accounts/Contacts/Opportunities created by another user. All standard permissions are set to view/modify all. etc.
We also have Person Accounts enabled.
What am I missing?

What about the User who created the other records?
What Role are they using and where are they in the Role Hierarchy?
How are they looking for the record? Are they using Search? or are they running a Report?
