This would include things like MFA and IP restrictions. If you can confirm that the same security mechanisms are in place, we will append it to the ticket and approve."

Hi Mary,
Since the Salesforce CLI is not tied to a single Salesforce org then it not bound to its particular security setup unless issued commands are related to said organization.
