today they are manually writing email and calling, sharing back to manager manually as well, verbally, excel, and email, and of course wishing to smooth this to automation, tomorrow they wish to conversation/dialogue and have record updated. then update coaching sessions from 12 to 11 to 10 as they accomplish certain sessions. either via chatter plus or via community or both. ytrying to determine if community conversation shows up in the account record in notes/or can show up in coaching segment
