report custom link filtered to account I'm looking at?

Question

I would like to be able to have a link to a report on the Account object BUT I would like this report to ONLY show the details according to the Account Im looking at at the time. Is this possible?

It's an old link but nothing has changed   https://www.shellblack.com/administration/custom-report-links/   Unless  you are using Lightning, then it doesn't work anymore.
