Hi All

 

I am very new to these, and have a couple of scenarios I would really appreciate some help on.

 

Apologies if these seem fairly straight forward but to a newbie believe me they are a head scratcher!

 

Scenario 1

 

I need a hidden formula field in which specific users can report on the initial date that was entered into Broker_Deadline_to_Resolve field  and how many times the field has been overwritten. 

 

I know how to go about making this a hidden field- its just the formula I am struggling with.

 

Scenario 2

 

The best way of setting up some time of rule on a separate record type than scenario 1 which will fire if the field is not populated at time of logging, it should record the Deadlin_ to_Resolve date to 5 working days after case received date

 

Could any one let me know how to go about these or if there is a better way of getting round this than the suggestions of formulas/rules I have mentioned.

    I didnt know that history report could be private?!

     

     

    Will have a play about with workflows and see what i can do.
