Can anyone offer any assistance- I am looking to incorporate a formula field within a workflow whereby when a task is saved the due date field auto populates to 10th each month - ie if a task is saved on 22nd April then the due date will be 10th May.

I've created a formula field with return type date/time, I've got the same formula working for me, are you trying this by creating a new record?
