Dashboard Table - Actual v Target Goal

I'm struggling trying to figure out a way to create a dashboard table that has three columns (Product Type, Product Type Actual Revenue and Product Type Revenue Goals)

On all of our Opportunity records we capture the Product Type and Product Type Actual Revenue on each opportunity.

What I would like to do is figure out a place to put all of our Product Type Revenue Goals that would allow me to create a Dashboard table similar to the below Excel table.
