One of the surprising behaviour I recently discovered in Sales force Event Object is mentioned as follows:
1. There are 2 standard fields being exposed in Event Object Set Up level(observed through UI) - Email and Phone.
2. I tried to get the fields information from Workbench for the same user. Alas! Out of my surprise, myself not been able to find the field names from Workbench. It is worhty to mention that I've used System Administaror Profile to login into Workbench. There is also no issues with permission restriction with respect to Field Level Security of the login user profile or any permission.
It appears to be a common surprising feature.
Myself has tried to get the details through Partner and MetaData API too.
These above mentioned fields are not exposed even through the Metadata and Partner API too.
I'll be obliged if anybody could provide me the information why this irregular behaviour is observed for these 2 fields of Event Object.
