In Process Builder, What selection do I use for Updating a Field? Is it Update Records? View below.
Sorry for asking such a basic question but I wanted to make sure.

Was the Time Stamping Process completed ? If so pretty much like that, create another one: At first:
- Start the process when a record is - created or edited
Then:
- Criteria for Executing Actions - Filter conditions are met
- Filter Logic - Meet all criteria
- Criteria:
Test_Date__c Was Set True
Also, check the option: Do you want to execute the actions only if the record was created or edited to meet criteria?*
Now, hit Define the Schedule:
Set it(
schedule) as:
1 Days After Test_Date_2__c
Now, click
Add an Action below the Scheduled Actions section to select Submit for Approval.
