All,

Can a Salesforce User with Conga composer permission generate reports using Conga in records within Opportunities or a custom object, even though they are not the owner of the record? This User will have “Modify All” access in their profile and they have access to all records on Opportunities and the custom object.

This will save our company ongoing cost if we can have 1 or 2 people generating reports using Conga , instead of paying for 15 Conga composer user licenses.

FYI – we are planning to use Conga Composer with Docusign.

Regards,

Absolutely. Conga does not work based on record ownership. If the page layout the user has access to, has the Conga button or URL on it, they can use Conga's functionality.
