Managing emails in SF with Outlook 2010 but no exchange server

Question

New user running SF Group edition and Outlook 2010 without Exchange Server. Wondering how best to manage emails without resorting to a third party app. Tried the Email to SF feature but couldn't automatically add the BCC address as it's not compatible with Outlook Macro. Any suggestions?

Hi Sean, I think that the only option for you is to use 3rd party app, because Salesforce app for Outlook requires exchange server. I suggest trying ContactMonkey. It supports Outlook 2010 with either POP, IMAP or Exchange.     http://www.contactmonkey.com/salesforce-for-outlook
