need to Restrict the access if saving the reports in unified public folders in sandbox Instance
Note: Already permissions are Unchecked at the profile level
Manage Reports in Public Folders
View Reports in Public Folders
But still User is able to View the reports and able to save the new report in the public folder
Please help me with the issue

Hi,
I'm facing the same problem.
I can confirm that "Manage Reports in Public Folders" is unchecked.
If there is no way of preventing users making public reports, which meanwhile have been used in several dashboards, so things get uncontrollable.
Like someone mentioned on the idea link: Unfiled Public Reports is becoming a dumping ground of reports...Best regards,
