Hi folks!  I'm trying to use Process Builder to create an Opportunity under certain circumstances, but am stymied on a few things.  I want the Process Builder to automatically create basically a Renewal opportunity.  The parts I'm having trouble with:

 

1.  I want the Opp to clone the current info - term, products, pricing, etc.

 

2.  I want the name to start with "Renewal" and the renew Year, then the company name.

 

3.  I want the Opp close/start date to reflect the Renewal Term Date (or contract end date) of the original opportunity/contract.

 

4.  If there ends up being an upsell in the mean time, I need some sort of auto-close or flag that this Opp is not based on the most current contract.

 

5.  I want there to be some sort of email notification to a team manager that this Opp exists, so that it can be appropriately assigned.

 

6.  And then a task set up for 2-3 months prior to the end of the current contract date for the owner of the Opportunity.

 

I'm guessing this will be a combo of Process Builder to create the Opp and a WFR to send the email alerts, since you can't do that with a Process yet.  But I can't figure out how to do the naming, or the cloning of the existing stuff, within the builder.

 

Any ideas would be gratefully delved into!
