I want to create a journey that uses "Salesforce Data" as the event entry source rather than "Contact Data". But none of the email personlisation fields are linking to the contact when I use this method. I tried to generate a preview in the email (under My Emails) but when I choose the same data extension that Journey Builder automatically created, the "key" column is empty where there normally is the Contact ID.
Does anyone know if it has something to do with not being able to manually choose the primary key? I know that Journey Builder automatically inserts Contact ID and email address into the data extension and my subscriber relationship is set at "Contact:Id relates to Subscribers on Subscriber Key".
Does anyone know how to solve this? Thank you!
