I am having issues to generate 2 reports my team need:
1. Activities with opportunities and
2. activities with accounts - I need this report so that I can filter to see only activities related to accounts that are current customers (custom field)
At the moment I can only see mine (I am a system administrator) even when I select all activities.
Could anyone help please?

Sorry, I should have asked that up front. Professional Edition does not allow for custom profiles. I am unsure of why you have limited acces to activities with the Syst Admin profile in professional edition.
