Hello,

As an administrator I have set up the hierarchy in my company in a way that the VP is on the top of the hierarchy. Everyone is allowed to forecasting. However, the VP can only see some people's forecasts which is really strange!

I noticed that when I search for this people on the forecast tab, it doesn't list their hierarcky - like they are not submiting their forecast to anyone. However, when I set up their roles, these indiviuals are reporting to their managers who are reporting to the VP.

I also tried to find differences and similarieties between users that the VP can see the forecats or those who he can't and I couldn't find anything other than what I saw on the forecast tab.

Can anyone help please?

A common gotcha is a gap in the forecast hierarchy.  You need to set it up so that each role in your forecast hierarchy is assigned to a user. This ensures that the forecast visibility rolls up to every level of the hierarchy.
