Is there a way to mass check emails in salesforce rather than 1 by 1?

I have a list of names on an excel sheet and I want to check whether those names already exist within salesforce or not. Currently I am checking each email one by one but I'd like to know if there is a way to to check all of them at once.

    De-Duping has been one big problem since day one. For your case, you can export the emails in your SalesForce and adjust excel to match with your other file that has the other emails.
