Hello;

 

I am a new user to Salesforce.  I have never used a CRM.  I am trying to get a few pointers.  I have a large "lead list" I want to import.  I am on a group account.  I don't see a link to upload a large leads list.  Only a large contact list.  I can import leads one at a time.  Is there a way to import a large lead list on a group account?  

 

I got excited and uploaded a lead list to contacts.  It had 500 names on it.  Is there a way for me, not my administrator to delete this list I uploaded?  Or to convert it to a leads list easily?  Also, I think I may have imported the same file twice.  Does sales force delete dulpicates?  If not I may need to delete both lists and start ofer and do research before I start adding LISTS at a time lol.

    To import Leads, click on the Leads tab , at the bottom there is a Tools section, click on Import Leads.

     

    This will take you to an import wizard that guides you through the process step by step.
