How to Delete Draft Campaigns from Campaign Monitor

Question

Hi All - can anyone give me instructions on how to delete draft Campaigns from within Campaign Monitor inside of Salesforce?  There used to be a trash bin icon for deleting Campaigns but this option is no longer available.  How can I delete these drafts and other sent Campaigns from several years ago?  Thanks!
