Currently the Opportunity Lead Source is a standard field (picklist), I would like to link it with the primary contact person of that opportunity, and use his/her lead source as the lead source for that opportunity. Is that possible? I tried to create a TEXT formula, but the Contact is not an option under Opportunity. Any ideas?

Haolun, now that I am thinkg about it a flow will be your best option as you would have to look for every type of lead source in your process builder or WFR. Sorry to lead you down that road.
