I am working on the report type "Campaigns with Influenced Opportunities" where we have Member First Responded Date, Opportunity Created Date and Opportunity Closed Date. I would like to see how many days have passed between Opps created date and first responded date. Where can I create the formula field? I guess this report type is already a joined report of Campaign Members and Opportunity, so I think (and I tried) I can not create this field in Campaign or Opportunity object. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you!

A side question, can we create a report that shows campaigns and campaign members who have no opportunity associated with?
