Hi,

 

I am using Campaign with Campaign Members report type to try to understand how quickly our sales reps follow up those responded members. We would like to know the days between the member first responded date and the date our sales reps send a customized email to the responded date. Can I use Member Status Updated Date - Member First Responded Date to get the result? Any ideas? Thank you!

    Hi Haolun,

     

    Just wanted to update the community with the information shared by our support rep on your requirement. Per the support rep calculation of how long a support rep takes to respond to newly responded campaign member or newly created contact is not possible with the standard features for a Campaign. Trying to implement an Apex trigger or Visualforce page is our best bet here.
