Can anyone direct me to the documentation that explains this please? We use these files to upload data to different systems and of course, now it's all changed, nothing syncs.

Thank you for creating a support case about this question, Sarah. The support agent advised that there is nothing listed on the Data Loader changes with the Spring '17 release notes. It seems that the issue came from comparing the wrong files. Thank you!
