I've created the following process to fire an email at intervals after a record is created:

Process Builder scheduled action keeps repeating first action

The Opportunity element looks like this (Yes at the bottom is not ticked):

The criteria looks like this (Yes at the bottom is ticked):

I've set the intervals to 1 day apart so I can test it.  The opportunity was created and Email 1 was sent.  24 hours later, email 1 was sent again.

How do I get it to send the second email, rather than the first one again?  There might not be any changes to the opportunity but the second (and then third) email should still fire.

Any ideas?

The contact name on the email comes from the opportunity contact role, and this particular contact only has one opportunity linked to it.  Both emails, arriving exactly 24 hours apart, have the same contact name.  So I'm sure that it is the one opportunity and the one process firing the immediate action email twice.

I'm getting very confused as to why this is happening...
