We use the Case Object to collect Customer Information and also track customer questions. Our Call Center Representatives call back the customers to provide them with information. . But we don't want to call back the customer at a bad time. We would like to call back the customer between the hours of 9 to 5 within business hours. 

 

How Can I use the Phone Number or Zip code of the Customer to determine the current time in that area/region and then to indicate to our call center Representatives that it is okay to call the customer at this time.
