Adding States and Provinces to the State and Country Picklist One at a Time (Is there a faster way?)
After enabling the State and Country picklist, I noticed that the provinces and states for each country are not populated. Is there a faster and more brilliant way to do this? Can this only be done painstakingly using this window to add one State or Province at a time. Would Han Solo do this? He would find a faster way through the asteroid belt.

Unfortunatly Han Solo just came up against the dark side of the force.com (See what I did there?)
You cant load values as there is no API that allows loading values (see https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=admin_state_country_picklists_api.htm) hence, young Padwan, you'll have to load values one at a time...
