In my Case Volume Report the Graph Does not Show Custom Time Field

Question

I have created a Formula Field using the Formula Return Type of Time. The fomula field does not show values when I create a graph. Please see below:

This formula field is caleld Time Opened

The issue is that the Time Opened field values do not appear on the X-Axis of the graph as seen below:
