How to create a related list on a Case pg that shows cases related to the Opp?

The "Related Cases" related list is not useful for my purpose. I am looking for a way to populate a related list on the Case page, showing all cases related to the Opportunity associated with the case. This related list exists on the Opportunity page, but is not available to add to the Case page. Any ideas on how to make this work?

    Have there been any updates to SFDC that would allow case to case relation?  I am trying to show all cases for an account on the CASE object.  All cases are shown on the ACCOUNT object but not avaialble to display all on the case.  Using the Related Cases with the Parent Case isn't very helpful when we need to see all cases.
