Contact dublicate

I have 1 doctor that is created as "contact" dublicate, but he works 50% at hospital A and the other 50% at hospital B. Therefore I guess this must me a false dupe, as I expect we need this information part of the "Accounts" or?? But as I need to send the dotor to a training I get errors in trying to register him via Cvent, I guess it might be due "dublicate of contact" but it does not say. How to solve it then, so that I can register the doctor?

    Might be some duplicates rules are created for this. Verify first. If you want to add a doctor to multiple hospital, then you  can create here many to many relationship between hospital and doctor using junction object. Like create a junction object "Common Doctor" and create master detail relationship with Hospital and Doctor. So now you will be able to  add one doctor to multiple hospitals and one hospitals can have multiple doctors.
