I've been tasked with creating a report for RemedyForce to show a specific ticket type that was created. I need to make sure when the report is ran it should show all the custom fields that have been created for the ticket.

    You can add Report filters (at the top of the Report Builder screen there is an Add drop down next to Filters.  The available fields are shown in the tree on the left.
