I am trying to get some updated information on deploying standard field security from Sandbox to productioin. Is this still a grey/black area using standard change sets?
If this is the case can anyone please advise what the best course is?
Should i build my security in production then refresh my sandboxes?

I get that will work with custom fields and objects. But how do I add standard Salesforce field security eg stopping a profile from accessing case>origin field
